The Opportunity You will be a key leader within the
Urban Land Development team, delivering complex, high-profile projects across:
- Major residential subdivisions
- Large-scale industrial and logistics estates
- Mixed-use urban precincts
- Commercial land development
- Masterplanned communities and city-shaping infrastructure
Projects range from early-stage feasibility and concept design through to detailed design, construction support, and delivery, working alongside planners, architects, environmental specialists, and infrastructure teams.
This is a genuine Technical Director role, going well beyond project delivery to include technical oversight, strategic leadership, mentoring, and influencing outcomes across the wider business.
What You’ll Be Doing - Acting as a technical expert for urban land development and civil infrastructure projects
- Leading the technical direction and quality of major subdivisions and industrial developments
- Providing high-level technical advice to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Driving design excellence, risk management, and innovation across projects
- Mentoring and developing senior engineers and future leaders
- Supporting work winning, client relationships, and strategic growth initiatives

About You - Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Chartered / RPEQ / CPEng (or equivalent) highly regarded
- Extensive experience in urban land development and major projects
- Proven leadership in a consultancy or similar professional environment
