What You'll Be Doing - Lead the delivery of survey drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Civil Site Design, or similar
- Draft topographic, cadastral, construction & as-built plans from field data
- Translate surveyor notes, sketches & digital inputs into accurate plans
- Review, QA, and finalise deliverables for consistency and compliance
- Liaise with surveyors, engineers, and clients to resolve discrepancies
- Improve and maintain drafting templates, standards, and efficiencies
Leadership Opportunity - Mentor and support junior drafters
- Manage drafting workflow and priorities across multiple projects
- Provide internal training on software and technical standards
- Collaborate on process improvements and drafting innovations
- Be part of strategic planning with the leadership team
What You'll Bring - Strong experience as a Survey Drafter in land or construction surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally Civil 3D, Civil Site Design, or similar software
- A deep understanding of survey principles and cadastral/construction workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
