About the Role We’re seeking an experienced
Survey Drafter with a background in
urban and land development projects. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality survey and drafting documentation that supports land subdivision, infrastructure, and development projects across NSW.
You’ll work closely with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure precision, compliance, and the smooth delivery of each project.
What You’ll Be Doing - Draft detailed survey plans using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
- Prepare base plans, subdivision layouts, setout, and as-constructed plans
- Work collaboratively with surveyors and engineers to interpret survey data accurately
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and authority standards
- Contribute to project planning and documentation timelines
- Maintain drawing records and manage updates/version control
About You - Previous experience as a Survey Drafter in land development or urban infrastructure
- Strong skills in AutoCAD (Civil 3D or 12D experience highly valued)
- Sound knowledge of survey principles and council requirements
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Self-driven, organised, and ready to contribute to a growing team
