Superintendent / Project Manager - Urban Development & Renewables | Brisbane We're recruiting an experienced Superintendent or Project Manager to join a growing, high-performing team working across major urban development and renewable energy projects, including large-scale subdivisions (500+ lots).

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage site operations for large-scale civil infrastructure projects
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
- Ensure safety, quality, and program targets are met on site
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and daily reporting
- Maintain clear communication with design teams and play a key role in design coordination
- Provide technical input and review drawings where needed, design understanding is essential
What We're Looking For: - Experience delivering urban development or renewables infrastructure projects
- Strong site management or PM background
- Solid understanding of civil design and construction principles
- Confident communicator who works well with multidisciplinary teams
- A proactive mindset, someone who leads from the front and gets the job done
