What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years’ experience in structural drafting, with the drive to keep developing and take on more challenging work.
• Strong Revit capability and a genuine interest in structural design and documentation.
• Curiosity and ambition - you want to learn from experienced people, ask questions and build your technical knowledge.
• A proactive, hands-on approach - you take ownership, get stuck in and care about delivering quality work.
