The Position
This role perfectly suits a degree-qualified
Junior to Mid-level Structural Design Engineer who is passionate about quality engineering and wants to work on a wide variety of challenging projects.
As you learn and develop, you will be encouraged to run your own projects through design and delivery, while managing your own clients. This is the ideal environment if you enjoy autonomy but value having the full support of technically accomplished and reputable Senior Engineers.
- Key Qualities: A distinct passion for engineering and doing a quality job every time.
- Communication: High confidence to communicate with a range of stakeholders, seamlessly liaising with architects, builders, clients, and your peers.
- Design Exposure: Existing design experience across structural materials, ideally including steel, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, and timber.
- Software Competency: Familiarity or knowledge of structural design software such as Space Gass, RAM Concept, RAPT, Strand7, or Inducta will be highly beneficial.
