The Opportunity We’re looking for a Structural Drafter with around 3-5 years’ experience who is keen to develop their career in a high-performing but down-to-earth environment.
You’ll work on architecturally led residential projects ranging from bespoke luxury homes through to complex, highly detailed custom builds, projects where precision, coordination and design intent are critical.
What You’ll Be Doing - Producing high-quality structural documentation
- Collaborating closely with engineers to bring complex designs to life
- Developing detailed plans, sections, schedules and construction details
- Coordinating structural models with architects and external consultants
- Contributing to innovative and buildable structural solutions
- Working on projects with exceptional levels of finish and detailing
What We’re Looking For - 3-5 years’ experience as a Structural Drafter
- Strong AutoCAD capability with a structural focus
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality documentation
- A genuine passion for architecture and high-end residential design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Someone eager to learn, grow and be mentored by highly respected professionals
