multidisciplinary civil and structural engineering consultancy looking for an experienced Senior Structural Revit Technician to take on an exciting leadership position based in Adelaide.

lead and coordinate structural drafting teams across Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne, playing a key role in technical delivery, mentoring and developing drafting capabilities across the business.

The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role combining your technical Revit expertise with the responsibility of overseeing and supporting structural drafting teams across three offices. You'll work closely with structural engineers, project leaders and technicians to ensure high-quality documentation, consistency in drafting standards and successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring structural Revit drafters and technicians
- Overseeing structural modelling, drafting and documentation across multiple projects
- Coordinating drafting resources, workloads and project priorities across offices
- Driving consistency in Revit standards, workflows and documentation quality
- Working closely with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior and senior drafting staff
- Remaining hands-on with Revit modelling and documentation where required
The Projects You'll have the opportunity to work on an exciting variety of projects across Australia, including:
- Multi-storey residential and apartment developments
- Commercial buildings and mixed-use precincts
- Education and healthcare facilities
- Industrial developments
- Complex architectural and structural building projects
With a strong focus on both concrete and steel structures, you'll be involved in projects of varying size and complexity.
Must Haves - Extensive structural drafting and modelling experience using Revit
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete and steel building structures
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or coordinating drafting teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drafting resources across different locations
- Excellent understanding of structural documentation and detailing
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative leadership style and passion for developing others
- Australian building project experience highly regarded
