About the Role - As a Senior/Associate Civil Engineer, you’ll:
- Lead and manage a small team of engineers and drafters
- Oversee project delivery from concept to construction across land development, infrastructure, and built form
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes
- Contribute to business development and help shape the future direction of the civil team
- Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior staff
Key Requirements: - A degree-qualified Civil Engineer (Chartered or working towards CPEng preferred)
- Proven experience in delivering land development or infrastructure projects in Australia
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
