We’re looking for a Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering and Urban Development to join a rapidly growing, Australian-owned consultancy that prioritises its people, supports career development, and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
About the Role Our client is a leading civil & structural engineering consultancy, known for delivering innovative and complex projects across precincts, industrial zones, commercial spaces, and large-scale subdivisions throughout Sydney.
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of urban and land development projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping urban communities, managing the full project lifecycle from tender and contract documentation through to delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing - Managing complex urban land development projects from inception to completion
- Coordinating with councils, contractors, builders, and internal teams
- Leading project planning and scheduling to meet strict deadlines
- Overseeing tenders, procurement, and project reporting
- Applying project and program management principles, methods, and techniques
What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years' experience in urban land development project management
- A strong understanding of project delivery, planning processes, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- White Card (Construction Induction Training) – preferred but not essential
