The Role As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will take responsibility for the technical, commercial and people leadership of land development projects while supporting the growth of the Brisbane office.
You will be trusted to operate at a senior level, managing clients, leading teams, and contributing strategically to business development and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver complex urban land development projects from concept through to construction
- Provide high-level technical oversight and governance across civil design outputs
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, authorities and stakeholders
- Manage and mentor engineers and designers, supporting capability development
- Review and sign off designs in line with RPEQ requirements
- Drive project performance across quality, programme and commercial outcomes
- Contribute to business development, client relationships and repeat work
- Support the growth and direction of the Brisbane office as a senior leader
About You - Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- RPEQ registered (essential)
- Significant experience in urban and land development consultancy
- Strong technical background across civil design, approvals and delivery
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
- Comfortable operating in a senior role within a growing business
- Commercially aware and motivated to contribute beyond project delivery
