Your Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate the delivery of structural documentation using Revit and BIM processes.
- Oversee drafting outputs and ensure modelling aligns with project and company standards.

- Manage and mentor junior drafting staff, supporting their growth and development.
- Take ownership of project deadlines, documentation quality, and team coordination.
- Support the implementation and improvement of BIM workflows and Revit standards.
