The Role As a
Senior Civil Engineer, you will:
- Lead and manage the design and delivery of civil projects
- Mentor and support a team of engineers and drafters
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee project lifecycles from concept to completion
- Maintain high-quality standards and project performance
You’ll be involved in a wide range of sectors, including urban development, education, health, infrastructure, and more, offering you the opportunity to broaden your experience.
About You - Chartered Civil Engineer (or working towards chartership)
- 7+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively
- Motivated to take the next step in your leadership career
